This course has been designed to help you understand auditing methodologies for auditing ISO 9001:2000 system. It covers how to conduct system, process and product audits. It also provides the skills needed to develop the process approach in QMS. Participants will learn the requirements of the ISO 9001: 2000 quality management system, process approach, how to prepare for the audit and how to perform the product, process and system audits.

This seminar leader, Jack Reardon, ASQ-CQA, SSBB, Lean Expert has over 30 years experience in the Quality and business improvement field specializing in Quality Management System and improvement. Jack is a Senior Consultant for Quality & Productivity Solutions, Inc.; an international consulting and training firm providing services for ISO, Six Sigma, Lean, and Business Improvement.

Jack has been instrumental in documenting and implementing ISO 9001:2000 systems for several companies. He is also implementing several business improvement initiatives including ISO, TQM, JIT, Cost reduction, Project Management, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma Black Belt instructor, etc. Jack has provided coaching & training for ISO at many companies. He also has experience in ISO/TS16949 quality management systems.
