The Ritz-Carlton is named the number one company by Training magazine in its "Training Top 125" 2007 survey. The coveted listing selects the 125 best global companies for employee-sponsored workforce training and development. A winner in 1992 and 1999 of the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award, The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company moved up from their 2006 number four Training ranking to score top honors this year. Many of the Hotels were accoladed with different honors like 100 best hotels in the world, best City Hotel in the world and best Luxury Hotel Company





Daniela Garcia, Area Director of Quality and Productivity for The Ritz- Carlton, North East Hotels, will speak about The Ritz-Carlton philosophy and core values, and how this translates into exceptionally high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty. Will help to discover how successful Ritz-Carlton supervisors and managers create exceptional memories through consistently applying the performance management cycle.
