Bio
Bill O'Brien is Education Team Leader for the Granite State Section ASQ. He was Section Chair, ASQ for two years. Bill is an ASQ Certified Quality Engineer, ASQ Certified Quality Manager and a ASQ Certified Quality Auditor. Bill teaches courses and conducts workshops in Internal Auditing, Root Cause Analysis, 7 Step Problem Solving Method, 7 Tools of Quality, Basic Statistics, Statistical Process Control, Quality Engineering, Continuous Improvement Practices, Cost of Quality, 5S, Supplier Certification and ISO-9000. Bill works at St.-Gobain Ceramics/ Igniter Products in Milford, NH as Quality Manager. Bill is a graduate of Boston University with a bachelor's degree in Mathematics (cum laude). Bill has over 30 years experience in Quality Engineering and Quality Management and has been an active.
