Dr. Chet Lizak, has 25 years experience in industrial consulting, engineering, project and manufacturing management, as well as research and development. Chet has several years of academic experience and has been an assistant professor at Western New England College and Western Carolina University. Chet holds both a Ph.D. and Master's of Science degree in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst as well as a B.S. in Mathematics. Chet is also an ASQ Certified Six Sigma Black Belt who has taught several waves of Green Belts and Black Belts for several organizations including General Electric.
Prabhakar Jain, has 20+ years experience in Quality and Continuous Improvement arena. He is working at Bose Corporation as Continuous Improvement Engineer. He has taught several Six Sigma Overview and Six Sigma Refresher Classes for Six Sigma Black Belt Certification. He holds a Masters Degree, various ASQ Certifications, CQMgr, CSSBB, CQE, CRE, and CQA
