Max is currently the Director of Global Operational Excellence at Thermo Electron Corporation.. He drives a cultural transformation to increase performance, accountability and the overall sense of urgency, and leads continuous improvement activities throughout the company worldwide to reduce cycle times, enhance deliverable quality, and establish world-class, benchmarked team and product performance. Mr. Mulholland served as General Manager at American Superconductor, Principle consultant at Price Waters house Coopers, Commissioned officer in the US Navy's Nuclear Propulsion Program. He holds MBA from and BS from US Naval Academy
