NEQC had an excellent conference with eight educational seminars and numerous stimulating conference topics at Holiday Inn, Mansfield. It was a success story in all aspects and the best conference ever. NEQC chair, Jay Patel thanked everyone who volunteered for the conference.

There were 39 sessions presented by 48 speakers, on subjects ranging from Strategic Planning to Six Sigma, Management Systems, Software, People, Improvement Skills, Lean Topics/Tools, Kaizen Workshop, Value Stream Mapping Workshop, Performance Excellence, Reliability, and Customer Satisfaction strategies.
