This presentation offers a comparative analysis of quality systems employed by several
successful organizations. The paper is based on real life experiences and therefore
discourages any specific theories and promotions. The principle of Let the Data
Show is considered as bearing the most value. In a current after-internet-bubble
environment, with a stiff competition among many strong organizations, to misuse
a quality system for a dust-wear - is as deadly as any other wrong business decision.
This paper is intended for Quality professionals looking for a direction while building
and enhancing their quality systems.
Outline
1. What are the key processes? (includes case study)
2. Balance between requirements volatility and organizational maturity
3. How to arrive at a Ship Decision
