Presenters:

Diane Dixon

Diane is the Quality System Manager for Future Electronics, a world-class leader and innovator in the distribution and marketing of semiconductors and passive, interconnect and electro-mechanical components. Future operates from 155 offices in 35 countries in the Americas, Europe and Asia.

Diane is an ASQ Certified Quality Engineer, Manager, and Auditor, and a senior member of the American Society for Quality. She has over 28 years experience in the quality profession.

Diane is a past chair of ASQ Worcester section, currently serving as Programs Chair. She is the incoming Vice-Chair.

Carol Beauchesne

Carol is currently the QMS Correspondent at Gentex Optics (an Essilor company). Essilor is the world leader in corrective lenses, with a unique global network of 183 prescription laboratories and 17 production plants.

Carol has 13 years experience in the quality profession. She is a past chair of the ASQ Worcester Section, currently serving as the section Treasurer. She is an ASQ Certified Quality Manager, Auditor, and Quality Improvement Associate. She is also a senior member of the American Society for Quality.
