Presenter:
Andy Novotny is Managing Partner of Interpro Group LLC, which provides Lean
Supply Chain solutions to manufacturing and distribution businesses, including consulting,
training, and supporting management systems. Mr. Novotny has over 20 years of experience
in manufacturing. He has been consulting with industrial, manufacturing, and distribution
businesses since 1996. Prior to his consulting carrier, he has held operations management
positions in North America and Europe and he has developed and implemented Lean
Supply Chain Collaboration programs since 1989. He has a background in industrial
manufacturing and electronics engineering from a European technical institute. Mr.
Novotny is active in a variety of industry associations and he serves on the Board
of Directors of the Association for Manufacturing Excellence (AME) and the Turnaround
Management Association (TMA).
