The current Quality Functions: Design, Process, Product and Supplier Quality move
from a large centralized function to a small decentralized one. This transition
occurs if the enterprise is willing to share the responsibility for planning, controlling
and improving quality on an on-going basis. The new smaller, more strategic function
is referred to as Enterprise Assurance or Performance Excellence.
This ½ day session will discuss how to create a pro-active and dynamic quality
culture by ensuring that:
- Enterprise Assurance will become the responsibility of every employee in the organization
and as such each employee must fulfill certain performance obligations to learn
and participate in the system.
- Quality will be a visible part of daily operations in each corporate function, business
unit and business location.
- Each unit of the organization will join the system after successfully passing an
Enterprise Assurance audit.
-
Lean and Six Sigma Improvement will become part of the Enterprise Assurance which
will enable on-going integration into normal work activity and assure on-going sustainability
as part of an organization tool set.
