    This seminar provides you with the skills to understand internal auditing techniques for the Aerospace industry.
    Seminar instructor, Joe DeCarlo from Excel Partnership, Inc. has provided extensive hands-on training and consulting support in a variety of industries. He is also a Certified Quality Auditor (CQA-ASQ). Joe was one of the first Lead Auditors to be accredited by the Registrar Accreditation Board (RAB) in the US. He has held Registered Lead Assessor status with the International Register of Certificated Auditors (IRCA) in the United Kingdom.

            - Developing effective auditing techniques
            - Planning and scheduling aerospace internal audits
            - Identifying key activities for performing a successful audit
            - Evaluating the significance of audit findings

            - Developing and implementing corrective action programs
            - Auditing continual improvement programs

    Course Objectives This course is intended for auditors who do not need to become an Aerospace Experience Auditor, but need training as an internal auditor. The course is taught to the AS9100, Revision B standard. This two-day course is intended to increase the attendees’ understanding of internal auditing techniques as they apply to the aerospace industry. Using interactive workshops, simulated audits, tutorials and case studies, attendees will develop practical audit skills, improve evaluation and communication skills and refine reporting skills. These exercises help experienced internal auditors refine their skills and hone their technique. Upon completion of this course, attendees will possess sound internal auditing skills which will increase their ability to provide deliver value added activity to their organizations.
