    "Creating a Lean Six Sigma Customer-Supplier Partnership between Large and Small Companies"



    Biography:

    Many of the participants in the NEQC Conference are from small to mid size organizations. Some are hospitals. Mom and pop businesses. Some are from large enterprises. This session will provide a means to have these different sized organizations work together to create a Lean Six Sigma Partnership. Juran will present some easy to grasp methods and techniques to make simplify the Lean and Six Sigma methods to fit large and small firms.

    Joseph A. De Feo is a leading breakthrough practitioner and President and Chief Executive Officer of Juran Institute, Inc. He is recognized for his training and consulting expertise in sustaining breakthrough results within many different organizations worldwide. Among his areas of expertise are the Management of Quality, Six Sigma Deployment, Strategic Quality Planning, and Business Process Improvement methodologies. Mr. De Feo is a regular speaker at national conferences and his counsel has been published widely in national and international publications. With the goal of helping managers of all levels learn to move beyond their initial Six Sigma efforts to achieve sustainable bottom line results, the book features performance-improving applications based on the Juran Trilogy
