Mike Fanning serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for Service & Operations within the U.S. Insurance Group.In addition to Service & Operations, Mike has responsibility for three MassMutual subsidiaries

– the MassMutual Trust Company, FSB, and MML Investors Services (MMLISI). Prior to joining MassMutual in November 2006, Mike held several leadership posts at MetLife, including vice president of new individual business.

Mike, currently a resident of North Andover, MA, earned Bachelor’s Degrees in both Economics and Organizational Behavior and Management from Brown University
